We receive requests from counselors, social workers, or alternative school teachers to provide a 6-8 weekly sessions with a group of students, on topics such as healthy relationships, teen pregnancy prevention (including contraceptive methods), STI transmission and prevention, goal setting and long term planning skills, stress management, or other emotional and behavioral concerns identified by youth.  If you are interested in learning more about our community education programming, please email our education department or call them at 952-767-0439.
Programs for Parents

myHealth actively supports parents with children of all ages who want to stay actively engaged in their child's life. The chance a young person will make healthier choices as a teen or young adult increases when parents create a strong foundation of communication about family values and expectations alongside accurate and age appropriate information. To that end, we provide a variety of parent education opportunities. Yearly, myHealth’s outreach educators present parenting information and resources to over 2,200 local parents. If you are interested in participating in any of our upcoming parent education programs please see the Classes and Workshops listed on our home page. To schedule a class for your mom's group, faith community, PTO group, or book club, please email our education department.
